The COVID-19 outbreak is having a profound impact on all aspects of our lives and is bringing a level of challenge that few of us have known in our lifetimes.
The situation is evolving rapidly, so I wanted to update you on the steps we’ve taken to protect the health of our staff, suppliers and third party partners such as couriers and the Royal Mail.
As per the Government advice, anyone at Pro-Active that can feasibly work from home is now working remotely. This constitutes all of our office based staff. Our mailing account team are available via email and where individuals are on leave, there is an alternative point of contact displayed on their out of office notification. Any staff that are either self-isolating or designated as vulnerable are off-site.
On-site print and production continues to operate albeit at very much reduced capacity however we are processing print & mailing campaigns and also despatching product from our e-commerce operation. All on-site staff are adhering to Public Health England guidelines such as wearing gloves, cleaning with anti-bacterial cleaners and staying 2 metres apart.
